En som lever som han lär är Heyrobics Linus Holmsäter. Iförd korta, rosa gympashorts, skjorta och kavaj sprang han upp på scenen. Han har gjort en ny version av Friskis – i Kina! Hans gympa har fått unga kineser att börja gilla att träna, i parker, på nattklubbar och på hustak.
